Casper White Eggplant
Wait until all threat of frost is gone. Plant in full sun in fertile soil with organic material worked in, about 12" apart. Skins can be eaten if harvested early. Cut fruit from plant with one inch of stem.
You may preorder your seedlings through March 10th, after which limited stock will be available. Shipping is not available at this time for plants. Seedlings are available for local pick up and drop sites (additional drop site fee) near Clear Lake, MN. Pick up dates are variable based on frost dates but will be on average mid-May. Payment is due before pick up, which will be arranged once planting time gets closer.
