Indeterminate. This Italian paste plum tomato variety was introduced in 1926 and was commercially canned in Italy throughout the 1900s.  It  remains popular there today. The fruit is crack resistant, stores well, has few seeds, makes a flavorful sauce with no need to peel.  85 days.

  • Wait until all threat of frost is gone. Plant in full sun in fertile soil with organic material worked in, about 24" apart. Support with cage, stake or trellis.

  • You may preorder your seedlings through March 10th, after which limited stock will be available. Shipping is not available at this time for plants. Seedlings are available for local pick up and drop sites (additional drop site fee) near Clear Lake, MN. Pick up dates are variable based on frost dates but will be on average mid-May. Payment is due before pick up, which will be arranged once planting time gets closer.
